TRI-FUEL OPERATION:
This 12,500/10,000-watt portable generator operates on natural gas, propane, or gasoline, giving you flexibility depending on available fuel. Natural gas and propane hoses are included, so the generator is ready to run on any of the three fuel types right out of the box.

ELECTRIC START:
Power up the 500cc Champion engine with the convenient rocker switch. Battery included.

INTELLIGAUGE:
Track voltage, frequency, session run time, and total run time to monitor generator output and keep track of maintenance intervals. Also features CO Shield carbon monoxide auto shutoff for added safety.

RUNTIME:
Provides up to 8 hours of runtime on gasoline at half load.

NOISE LEVEL:
The Champion 12,500-Watt Tri-Fuel Generator has a noise level of approximately 74 dBA measured from 23 feet away, which is comparable to the sound level of a vacuum cleaner.

This is moderately loud for outdoor use but reasonable for a portable generator in this power class.

OPERATION CONSIDERATIONS:

Sound levels will increase as you move closer to the generator.
Extended operation may be a consideration when using the generator near neighboring properties.
Always operate the generator outdoors with the exhaust pointed away from buildings and occupied areas.

Small Equipment Rental Agreement

SMALL EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

I. THE PARTIES: The Equipment Agreement is made on this date __________ by and between

II. LESSOR HEREBY RENTS TO LESSEE THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT

Hereinafter known as the EQUIPMENT

III. LEASE TYPE: THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSIDERED A FIXED LEASE

The Lessee shall rent the equipment on a start date and must be return by end date.

IV. RENT: The Lessee agrees to pay Lessor Rent Amount for renting the equipment for the total amount BASED ON SELECTION AT ONLINE BOOKING BY LESSEE.

V. DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT: The delivery of the equipment to the Lessee at the start of rental and the return of equipment to the Lessor is the responsibility of the Lessee.

VI. LATE CHARGES: If any amount of Rent or Equipment return is late more than one day, the Lessee will be obligated to pay a late fee. LATE FEE is the daily rental fee for each day for each day late.

VII. NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS: The Lessee will be charged a $50.00 [NSF-FEE] for any checks that are returned for insufficient funds.

VIII. RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE: The Lessee assumes all risk of loss or damage to the Equipment with the exception of regular wear and tear.

IX. INSURANCE: No insurance is required to rent equipment. The Lessee is responsible for any and all accidents or injuries that occur while operating the Equipment.

X. ASSIGNMENT: The Lessee is strictly prohibited from assigning or subletting the Equipment in any manner and may not be used by any other person.

XI. EXECUTION: Lessee and Lessor each represent and warrant to the other that each person executing this agreement on behalf of each party is duly authorized to execute and deliver this agreement on behalf of that party.
