I. THE PARTIES: The Equipment Agreement is made on this date __________ by and between

MILROY, PA 17063

II. LESSOR HEREBY RENTS TO LESSEE THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT

DESCRIPTION SMALL EQUIPMENT SELECTED ON THIS BOOKING PAGE
Hereinafter known as the EQUIPMENT

III. LEASE TYPE: THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSIDERED A FIXED LEASE

The Lessee shall rent the equipment on a start date and must be return by end date.

IV. RENT: The Lessee agrees to pay Lessor Rent Amount for renting the equipment for the total amount BASED ON SELECTION AT ONLINE BOOKING BY LESSEE.

V. DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT: The delivery of the equipment to the Lessee at the start of rental and the return of equipment to the Lessor is the responsibility of the Lessee.

VI. LATE CHARGES: If any amount of Rent or Equipment return is late more than one day, the Lessee will be obligated to pay a late fee. LATE FEE is the daily rental fee for each day for each day late.

VII. NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS: The Lessee will be charged a $50.00 [NSF-FEE] for any checks that are returned for insufficient funds.

VIII. RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE: The Lessee assumes all risk of loss or damage to the Equipment with the exception of regular wear and tear.

IX. INSURANCE: No insurance is required to rent equipment. The Lessee is responsible for any and all accidents or injuries that occur while operating the Equipment.

X. ASSIGNMENT: The Lessee is strictly prohibited from assigning or subletting the Equipment in any manner and may not be used by any other person.

XI. EXECUTION: Lessee and Lessor each represent and warrant to the other that each person executing this agreement on behalf of each party is duly authorized to execute and deliver this agreement on behalf of that party.
